13k ES seems a bit busted when other methods of acquiring a EHP pool don't come even near that or am I missing something?

There's literally only 1-2 dream fragments that exist on market and they are worth a mirror right now... not going to be feasible for even a minority of players.

How did you farm for the dream fragment?

Endgame looks great, but I struggled on Spark Sorc, especially Act 2. Had +2 staff, was running orb of storms and fire wall + arc. Dmg still felt very weak, was hard stuck at Act 2 final boss. Re-rolled to witch fire wall/srs/arcanists, and it was night/day easier, Act 2 boss was almost face-roll. Any idea on better Sorc early campaign leveling? (before you get comet). Or are elemental spells/combos just bad early campaign?

Damn, I was going the eldritch blast + mind over matter route. Wonder how it compares. All that shield to mana, with arcane surge. 🤔

Think I'll start stashing some gear away to eventually run this when I get to making an alt.

Is there any way to go EB with this or is the lack of stun mitigration just too much to deal with?
