Chaos Witch DoT - Full guide and UPDATED BUILD!

Sad how the only viable chaos dot damage ability is "Decompose" provided by a pair of boots.

I baited myself big and started to set up a character trying to scale int for Decaying Hex. Even with the 0.6 ratio instead of the 0.3 ratio, the damage is still ass. Admittedly I'm only in act3 with this character with 260 int, and it sucks. I'm mainly detonating dead to clear content. I got int rolls on all my gear.

Furthermore, I had hoped I would be able to support a blasphemy'd curse with decaying hex, essentially creating an AOE DOT, but alas that does not work. Nothing about wording on either gem indicates that it wouldn't. I guess common sense does.
