Overwhelming Presence counts as aura since the new patch
To make everything perma stunned you will need to reach 99% effect on OP which is 233% aura effect from jewels/tree with a 21/20 Gem
Gemling has 10% quality on all gems from the Ascendancy so you will need to get 203% aura effect on the Gemling
Going past 99% effect will brick the effect causing it to do nothing
Increased elemental threshold map mod will brick the build making you gain 0 energy on the COS it also can spawn in simulacrum
Works with any skill and Cast on ignite etc
