that Build saved my league ^^ thx mate! didnt want to hop on the electro-meta-train everyone is riding but couldnt find a build that is fun offensive wise on the supertank smith...the boneshatter stuff feels extremly clunky, totems was my last league main-toon...so THIS saved the fun for me! thx

I’m actually a huge fan of how this league requires you to be thoughtful about defense (“defences” in GGG speak). The glass cannon builds last league were crazy, especially for mob clear, but bossing was so lame. I had to actually learn their mechanics this league, and some of them are super cool. I do think that end-game damage could scale a little better for many builds; I don’t want every single boss to take 4-5 minutes. There’s a fine line between a satisfying challenge and just straight up tedious.

But my point is that becoming unkillable is a significantly more fun goal than shaving 0.5 seconds off the 4 second boss kill.

As I said in the previous post, I rerolled to Smith for better defense and QoL, and it's been very good for me. The clear is quite nice, bossing damage is ok (but I think Titan can get much higher damage), all in all, it's a success in my opinion.

u/Ubermrh86 commented about the Saitha's Spear, which is very nice for this build, so now I don't have to worry about aggravated bleed, and I also get to aggravated Ignite.

Here's the pob, https://poe2.ninja/pob/1f56

I got the Deepest Tower from lucky drop in acts 5, and it's what carrying my damage so far. I think you could play without it but expect your damage to be significantly lower (like 20-30% less, or maybe more). I played Titan without one and it was fine, but I'm not sure about Smith since he has no damage ascendancy nodes.
