hold up, does it really work like this in poe2? I thought it didn't because the wording on rathpit globe is different now and wording is EVERYTHING in poe. as in, it doesn't give you "increased spell damage" but causes your non-channeling spells to deal increased damage. so it's the same for spells, but shouldn't interact with crown of eyes. but I imagine someone with lvl96 character would've noticed if it didn't work.

That's also exactly what I thought on reading it the first time, but I can confirm it works like that after testing in game with the spear variant setup

Bleedmage with the Globe is strong. I've just one comboed T4 xesh with it, Rake + Bloodhunt and Xesh T4 done.
If there was a shield called Ratspiss and Mike Tyson was making a video about it….ladies and gentlemen the Rathpith
