Video from lvl 38 Arctic Armour build: delirium+breach in lvl 80 woodland

Hey guys, here with another video from the level 38 arctic armour build.

Now level 94. Chaos res is up to 66% now. Damage is up a fair bit with +8% pen and 27% aura magnitude from a passive tree change. Realized that 5-socket level 33 frost wall with glacial cascade wrecks non-melee single targets... In this video I'm doing a semi juiced level 80 woodland with delirium+breach. Huge pack explosions across screens showing trampletoe+high level arctic armour/ice nova combo.

How did you come up with build like that one? It’s astonishing for me how you guys create new uber good end game builds. Congrats on this one! Looks awesome! Btw is there a chance for this build to have a budget variation? To farm currency on medium tier maps but still be able to use the mechanics of this build?

So what is the interaction that makes the Arctic Armor good here? I don't get it.
