Diablo 3: Alkaizer Farming Tips and Tricks for Efficiency [Guide]

Since the release of Diablo 3's Patch 1.0.5 I have been doing some pretty serious Alkaizer route farming for paragon levels and gear. I find trying to be as efficient as possible pretty enjoyable and so I have done a fair bit of research into the different things that successful farmers do while farming efficiently.
