[Build] Lightning Monk - Cast on Crit

Hey guys. I thought I'd share my build for Monk. It's working pretty well and it's a lot of fun. Clear looks mediocre, but it massively increases with density because you will be critting more and proccing more Comets.

I'm not as far in the game as the bigger content creators who do this for a job and because I spent a lot of time tinkering with my build, but I'm close to the start of maps and I think that this build will keep doing well as I progress. Hope it's of some use to someone!
