The Ardura Caravan
....is quite simply the coolest city in any game I've ever seen probably ever.
Just wanted to shoutout the devs for this actual artwork of a 'town'.

I was legit thinking the same thing when I started Act 2. Itβs so brilliant and feels like an original, high-fantasy on spin Middle Eastern culture.
Me and my buddy both were in shock for a second when we made it to the front and saw what was pulling it lol gah damn
It really is super fucking cool. Awesome idea.
It is laggy as hell in ps5 :( huge fps drops there
Agreed! I did not expect to be blown away by a town in an arpg, but here we are. Whoever came up with that idea needs a raise or buffed droprates.
Do we know from the lore who the people pulling it are and why they're doing it?
I love having it as a hideout.. its seriously awesome.
i just wish leaving it didn't require an extra step each time
I love the art of that place but for whatever reason my pc slows down there majorly to 80 fps when I get 165 almost anywhere else. Also gpu coil whines basically only there. 7900xtx 13700kf
The worldbuilding and visual design of this game are so, so good. Im actually staying engaged in the lore and story rather than skipping past it, which is rare for an ARPG lol.
The world, lore and visual design have such a huge impact that cannot do anything but praise the whole team for this art of work π
I sent a video to some friends who dont play arpgs (i only played a little diablo, didnt get to max level and torchlight) they are now playing.
Its everything about the city thats really cool, even just watching the wheels and foot tracks in the sand is such a small but cool visual detail.
What I miss from Poe 1 are those lore that reads after you click on it so you can just listen as you play. I love those and honestly would love it here especially since I am more invested to the world having played the first game
Itβs incredible! Feels like something out of the WH40K universe
The concept is cool, but I couldnβt wait to get out of act 2 because of that map caravan system
Anyone gonna talk about how the slaves are attached to the caravan? There's like a series of hooks running down their trap and lat muscles. Shit's pretty hardcore.

I was honestly thinking this same thing yesterday. What an amazing concept. The Dreadnaught is pretty dope too.
Right, its just so unique and different from others.
But the fps drop when in there is awful, my setup can just barely hit 40fps, while outside is stable 80-90fps.
Anyone know what theore is... Why are there slaves there when they can use giant lizards...?
Are those slaves? Seems they would get mowed down...
I normally find the desert levels in arpgs pretty meh, but this is such a cool twist on that. Makes the desert actually feel huge like it should be. Also, the red sand zone before you get on is nice.
And the music in act 2........ β€οΈ
Huge H.R Giger and Zdzislaw Beksinski influence all over Act 2. I don't know who drew all the artwork for act 2 but I'd give them a raise. It's a treat when you know the references.
it's so awesome that i plan to buy the 100$ pack only for the similar hideout !
I want it as a hideout so bad.

It really is awesome, I think it is the coolest 'city' in any ARPG I've seen, but the performance is AWFUL, i get like 2~4 seconds freezes constantly while there sadly lol
The slavery carriage has the sauce.
I just got there, and I honestly didn't expect to get sucked into the story of an ARPG of all things, but I can't wait to keep reading.
Also the only one with a layout where the dismantle station isn't in the middle of fucking nowhere
