cast ignite requires 60 spirit, i have 224 max and it says not enough spirit to activate?

tried removing all gems other than cast ignite, had 224 out of 224 spirit and it still said not enough. is it bugged?

You have to socket a skill gem into it, otherwise it can't be toggled on.

It's an incorrect error, you also see that error when the meta skill has no spell it can trigger. Cast when ignited also needs an actual spell to trigger
