So, I was just thinking, if you take them both, is it at all good? It's a constant 100% increased and 30% reduced!
But after thinking for just a second and doing some quick math I realized that taking them both is simply worse than not taking them at all once you have 134% Increased Evasion.
Am I correct in my thoughts?

Taking them both should just be a constant 70% increased evasion... it's reduced, not less.
