Pen / Exposure / Ele Curses
We know that penetration cant take resistances negative (says so in tooltip)
Do we know (from GGG or through definitive testing) what is the order of operations is for pen + exposure? E.g. against a monster with 75 res, you have 75 pen 20 exposure. Is it pen 1st exposure 2nd for -20, or vice versa for 0?
Curses can go negative right? Has that been confirmed? I assume yes cause it doesnt say they cant in tooltip like it does for pen. If yes, same question about order of operations
Also, do we know anything about typical enemy resistances ranges? I know we have the symbols, maybe gold = 75 res? But probably only true after a certain monster level/waystone tier?

The -Res modifies the Monster's stats and the Exposure applies to your source of damage. In your example, you reduce the monsters Res to 0. -Res first because it modifies the target, exposure second because it modifies your attack or spell.
At least this is my understanding. If it was the inverse, there would be no reason to have pen not go below 0.

Penetration gets calculated later, so if you curse and apply exposure to negative values, then penetration is useless.
In practice it means that you should focus on curses and exposure, and only have around 15% penetration for those slightly more resistant mobs.
