Best mapping build that can slot in Mahuxotl's Machination for MF?

Looking to reroll into an MF character and juice it up as much as i can with rarity, im assuming the best item in the game for getting rarity is Mahuxotl's Machination since it seems like you can pretty easily achieve a lot of rarity with this one item
So does anyone know the best mapper that can slot this shield in easily?

Captainlances archmage spark uses mahuxotl. Just slot in rarity instead of mana.
