Very useful. I didn't know about the essences, which is interesting considering how rare they are. Despite the tiny number it still seems like a much more likely way to get them than drops.

Different rarity waystones work too. Will give you the lowest rarity of 3

Precursor tablets - have to be same type and magic

This is the 3 to 1 recipe you can do at any vendor in poe1 (for uniques/essence/Catalyst/etc). Except the items can be corrupted over there. Rares in poe1 are 5 to 1 ( can also do magic or base). 

Maybe this is a stupid question, but how do i get the reforging bench?

I cant bother with 3-1 things 😂 i would have to stash tab everything and its just annoying.

When you reforge 3 of the same uniques together, how is the item level of the resulting unique determined?

waystones do not need to be same rarity, only same level

Thanks for the waystone tip, I just started the endgame, have a quest to do 10 Level 2 waystones but can't find them anywhere, have a ton of Level 1 ones.

They should have some tutorial system of explaining the end game to a new players.

Anyone found the Reforger useful for regular items like weapons and armour? It's great for waystones, but for other items it usually returns an item with really bad rolls.

you forgot flasks and charms, this is also the best way to efficiently roll them after you finish campaign and look for 0.25 charge per sec

What are the benefits of doing this with equipment?

Yeah I just found out that wide relics don’t fit into the bench and it was very funny

3x magic precursor tablets, same tablet with rerolled implicit (5-10 maps affected)

Will reforging blue have any change of becoming rare? Or reforge into same rarity?

It seems really odd that it’s all the same item and not same slot/type. Like based off of requirements. Like only requires str.

For armour/weapons, are the outcome's affixes just random or some of the three?

Yesterday I tried putting in three rare bows, 4 stats each, and I got a new one with 6 stats and all of them were already on the sacrificed ones.

I couldn't find it, but precursor tablets can be reforged too

I just put in 3 amethyst rings item level 22-35 and the resulting amethyst ring was item level 65. Huh? 

So only distilled get an upgrade, pretty badge

I watched a video with a guy who put in three rings and the one that was created was a lower level than the lowest of the rings he put in

For rare items, can you get greater amount mods then originals had? Like if you put 3 rare items each with only 4 mods - can you get a 6 mods rare?

Looks like essence and emotion gives the most value.

The mektul fight is one of the best in the game imo too - even as warrior

Has anyone tested how this works with caster weapons that grant skills? What happens if their skills are different levels? Does it not work, or does it pick the lowest?
