Poisonous Concoction--what levels do you gain support sockets?
I read before that level 36 and skill level 15 grants a third support socket, but I am level 36 and have level 15 poison conc but still only have 2 sockets. Can someone give me a definitive explanation on how to gain more support sockets? Jeweler's obviously won't work here.

Sockets unlock at 40, 65 and 90
You’ll gain one socket in the 40s and another in the 60s, I think.

how is pconc for leveling?
All inherent skills (ascendency) gain slots at 40/65/90. I’m not sure how gear does though but that should answer your question.
How does gem quality work for it?
It’s based off the base level of the gem. I know gem level 16 (character level 66) has 4 sockets and gem level 20 (character level 90) has 5.
I would guess based on that gem level 12 (character level 46) has 3 sockets.
