So how are people slotting their Poisonous Concoction Pathfinders?
I hit 90 on Pathfinder a few days ago (So it's 6-linked) and I'm still uncertain of which supports are best on a typical Poisonous Concoction setup.
Concoction: Scattershot, Chaos Infusion, and Chaos Mastery are no-brainers, leaving 2 remaining slots. Decompose: Magnified Effect, Bursting Plague, and Persistence are no-brainers, leaving 1 slot.
Remaining possible supports are Comorbidity, Deadly Poison, Close Combat, Longshot, and Momentum (I think, unless I'm missing more). But it isn't clear if Decompose is actually affected by Comorbidity, Deadly Poison, or Momentum; Decompose doesn't state that it pretends to Hit like other gas cloud skills do and I'm uncertain if the boots exploding corpses counts as me using the skill.
How are other Concoctioners slotting these two skills? The links on other skills that the build can use seem straightforward enough.

The correct setup is chaos infusion, scattershot, chaos mastery, deadly poison, and either close combat or longshot according to your preference.
Comorbidity is bait unless you are massively overgeared, because the damage gain is not that high (33% more poison damage vs the 31% from deadly poison, the 35% from longshot, or the 25% from close combat), is straight up worst for clearing ( as you need one more attack to stack, does nothing before 7 stacks unlike another support, and your poison prolif has a 30% less duration), and the bossing is awkward since it makes you attack a lot more (3 attacks with 70% poison duration vs 2 attacks with 100% duration without). So more than twice the charges used, and a lot less able to dodge attacks cleanly without losing ton of dps.
Of course, if you are overgeared to the point the boss die in 3 attacks, itβs fine.
Deadly poison is bait due to the way poison scales off initial hit damage now. You're taking a 25% damage penalty right off the bat just for a 75% multi on 20% of your damage. The poison being buffed is based off your nerfed 25% hit too...
Close Combat and Martial Tempo are your last two links usually. https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/poisonous-concoction-ruetoo
On the subject of Concoctions, since weapon stats don't seem to scale their damage at all, what do you put in your Widowhail's sockets?
Quick question as I can't find it anywhere... what levels do you get the additional supports?
