Tryna find a rarity culler build with 1000% rarity + some curses
ive been playing spark DPS and thought of changing roles. anyone has a good rarity culler build please let me know.

That highest rarity I could add up is 1010: but the realistic highest rarity you could buy on trade or craft to actually use in a group would be 950 or so
All gear is assuming double socket soul cores or perfect corruption implicits:

I would say in most cases (aka not exploiting) that much rarity is straight up not possible.
Rarity as a suffix can only show up on 6 slots with a cap of 30 naturally, and as a prefix only on 3 slots with 32 as a cap (and 2 of those 3 slots are both ring slots, which you would want Ventors or Andvarius for instead). If we assume you had max roll on rarity in every other slot, you could get 62 * 4 = 248 rarity total possible without ring slots. If you had perfect roll Andvarius' (70% but you also need to compensate for -40% res then), that is only 140% rarity. With Ingenuity, you can boost that to around 270% if you had a corrupted perfect roll Ingenuity, which still only puts you at a bit over 500% total rarity. That said, you would also have to then compensate for around -80% all res instead, so if you went with Ventors (capping at 40% each so 80% total before Ingenuity), you would end up slightly under 400% but your resists would be fine, as well as having potential life and spirit gains.
(Also note, this is without including implicts since both are Gold Ring bases, so the rarity they give there will be functionally the same, but brings the totals up by only about 50-60 at most)
EDIT: I will say I forgot to take Soul Cores into account here particularly with Machination, especially since that is basically the bug I was referring to with the exploiting comment. Soul Cores do add a good bit more, up to 90% assuming you corrupted an extra socket onto all non-shield slots and weren't using Machination. With Machination maxrolled (and unbugged), that alone would also add another 130ish or so. So basically with EVERYTHING maxxed out in the game, outside of the bugged interaction right now that puts the cap somewhere around 700 currently
