Weapon swap bug?

On witch I logged in today. My minions kept unsummoning. Finally saw i was switching weapons for no reason, literally made zero changes to gems or skills or keybinds etc. Changed my keybind to see if it was a faulty keyboard but no it is still doing it. Keeps switching to wep 2 even though none equipped. Turned off all skills for wep two and still is doing it. Can not figure out how to stop from switching to wep 2 for no apparent reason. Help?

Check each spell, if you click the -> button it will open the tab, then at the bottom of the tab there is I and II to represent weapon slot 1 and 2. If both checked, either weapon will be used to cast.
