+5 vs +4 level wand
I've got about 7 div. Running Archemage lightning warp cast on shock lightning conduit. I'm looking at wands with +5 lightning spells and I can really only afford the shittiest ones with maybe 25 spell damage if I want high mana and shock. So I'm wondering if sacrificing a lot of spell damage and lightning damage for +1 to lightning spells would be worse or not.
Heres my current wand
Item Class: Wands Rarity: Rare Storm Cry Siphoning Wand
Quality: +12% (augmented)
Requirements: Level: 78 Int: 133 (augmented)
Item Level: 79
60% increased Spell Damage
67% increased Lightning Damage
+160 to maximum Mana
25% reduced Attribute Requirements
+4 to Level of all Lightning Spell Skills 60% increased chance to Shock
Corrupted

You should wait a little while for POB to come out if the decision is too difficult for you to make. Unfortunately, we can't figure it out with the information available right now either
Better question I have is:
Can I corrupt +4 wand to +5 wand
+1 level adds ~12.5% more base damage to lightning conduit.
I'm not sure how much the mana contributes to your damage, but just the ~100% increased damage is very likely worth significantly more than that unless you have a really high amount of increased damage already. If you currently have 300% total increased damage then adding 100% is 25% more total damage.
If your Archmage is currently at level 25 then it could be closer. Level 26 is a breakpoint where the extra damage bonus scales from 7% to 8%. (9-10% with quality) But I can't tell you how much that boosts your overall damage without knowing your current mana total.
