Stormweaver Temporalis Choir of Storms Help

Hello, I have been trying out this build when Temporalis was cheap and it has been interesting. I definitely need help with the tree and I have a few questions about some things I am unable to figure out.

Here is my setup and I'm pretty sure my tree is not very great. I do have orb of storms and conductivity but didn't feel the need to add that in there. Are my gem links incorrect?

My questions are:

How do you boss? I insta crash on bosses and rare mobs that have the invulnerable aura. I've tried using archmage to give lightning bolt a mana cost but I run out of mana pretty much instantly and it takes forever to kill a boss.

How does my gear rate? I know it's far great but is it at least decent-ish? I want to make upgrades but I want to figure out if I'm missing something obvious for the build.

Are there any in-game setting I should consider to reduce the strain on my PC? This is fairly laggy build due to the mechanics I believe.
