What are the best support gems for all of the available Monk skills?

Leveling Invoker in act 3, and I'm trying to find info on which support gems (particularly level 2 and beyond, since those are dropping now) for all the available monk skills, but I've come up short.

There are no BiS lists in poe.
BiS gems depend on gear/tree/other gems.
We could do the math, but really PoB will solve that for us starting tomorrow (i think?).
Until then, just slap in some of the obvious ones. Martial tempo, primal armaments, rage, innervate/ice bite, close combat.
Inspiration if mana sucks, upheaval for storm wave, crescendo for ice strike.
Heft/Infusions can be good depending on weapon&skill.
