adorned 50% jewel and 5 14% magnitude jewels, i use all the meta gem nodes for 45% dmg , and increase build to CoS without it doesnt build fast enough, nor can i sustain the mana
i dont path all the way down cuzi dont see the point and two jewels arent making or breaking this
I anonited azure with lucky hit which seems a fucking waste
wand is 25% acst 99% spell dmg +4 light skills

Can't really help with CoS. But eh you use a lot of slang or cut words/typos, it's kinda hard to read and understand your actual issues. Also the build link to the one you are following is not a link and the mobalytics one just gives 404 page cannot be found.
Otherwise mana regen, what is your actual mana spent per second and also with your mana pool + regen 0-100 would take about 7.5s which probably feels bad. If you spend more mana per second than you regen it's obvious you'll have mana issues, especially if you spend a lot more than you regen. Plus of you play mom, remember damage is taken from mana too so if you take damage you'll loose a lot of mana.
Last thing I can comment on is your mana pool. 3.7k with EB seems low. If I talent into EB I get about 5k mana, my mana pool without EB is 2.9k and I have bad mana rolls on wand and focus. Not that it would really save you, but still. I am not running a high budget build either, I've spent maybe 4div on my spark sorc.
Now obviously I can't say exactly why, I don't see your gear, so I have no idea what your mana rolls are, if you are running mana soul cores or how much flat ES you get from gear. You also run kitakos which does lower your base flat ES that is turned into mana.
