what are link skills?

from passives like: spirit bond, twinned tethers, strong links.
do they only apply to: alchemists boon & banners?

Link skills aren't in the game yet. they will probably come when the templar class is added.

Pretty sure we don't have any yet, in PoE it was a tether between you and another player, giving them various buffs, but also being risky, because you would also die if your tethered homie got caught
