Best notable to allocate for all element sorceress
I'm still running around as a sorceress using all 3 elements. With that in mind, is there any other passive that I should maybe choose over Harness the Elements? HtE gives15% increased damage with each elemental ailment, so typically 60% if not 75% damage increase.

for multiple elements, the biggest difficulty is going to be overcoming resistances.
the elemental curses are all single element, and it is very impractical to use multiple. exposure is also single element.
for penetration, there are only a few small nodes for all element penetration, the rest is single element or dual cold/lightning at best.
maybe you can do something fancy with Blessed Bonds unique gloves?
otherwise, it is going to be tough, because some foes have 70% to all resists.
if you are willing to settle for using other elements for utility, it's worth knowing that shock, chill, and freeze don't care about resistances. applying ignite also doesn't care, but the actual damage the ignite deals is affected by resistances.
