Budget Shattering Conc Crit Pathfinder

Excellent clear, does bosses really well.
I have spent around 10-15 divs on this character, most of it is on howa, couple of jewels and morrior.
Its not super tanky like rue's crit pconc as we dont use olroth flask or life flask for energy shield with eternal youth. I just really like the QoL of just spamming sconc and running around map, we dont need to click for mana or life flask in this build.
How do we scale damage:
Widow hail + quiver with +2 proj skill level, every multiple of 50% bonus from quiver scales the level by 1.
220% widow hail gives you 4 levels, 80% from passive skill tree (is a must), we get to 300% which is 6 levels.
Next upgrade is 270% widow hail, which would get you to 350% - which is 7 levels.
Next upgrade is jewels with 10-15% bonus from quiver- 5 of them gets you to 400% which is 8 levels.
Next upgrade is either widow hail that gives 300% and then 80% from tree and 70% from jewels for 450% ie 9 levels.
Final upgrade is timelost jewel with notable passive in tree giving 7% bonus from quiver, and using adorned to get to 500%+.
Since base crit of sconc is 11%, we also scale a lot of crit chance and crit damage bonus on tree.
Visceral quiver with proj speed, dex, +2 proj levels, crit damage bonus is Bis.
How do we make sure we dont run out of flask charges:
Best tech I found is using a Mail belt that has 12% reduced flask charges used as implicit with another 25% as modifier total 38% reduced flask charges used made my sconc build use only 2 flask charges per throw.
Since we are stacking a lot of attack speed with Falcon technique and HoWA (Flurry is also an option to use which is kind of over kill), we need to be able to throw as many conc as we want without worrying, since the damage is super high, we dont need to throw many against bosses (but do switch to Alchemist boon when bossing just in case, can remove grim feast against bosses)
Since we use Eye of winter on bosses to make us crit every time, thats the only skill that uses mana in our setup. So going Mind over matter for defense gives you around 800-1200 EHP for free. We add in subterfuge mask node that gives 2 evasion rating per 1 Es on helm, with wind dancer we can get to 85% evasion and 2k ES with pretty much no investment. Going CI is an option but I would rather keep another 1500 life as an extra EHP for defense. Its good enough that I havent died to anything other than boss attacks that I need to dodge.
Clear: We use herald of ice, herald of thunder and cast on freeze voltaic mark setup, which will absolutely clear everything in screen and off screen as they pop off each other.
Obviously this build has a lot of potential with more investment, but in budget itself it can clear all content in game without any issues.
