Build that can do T4 simulacrum?
I have 4 characters over 90 now, invoker ice monk, deadeye gas arrow, Minions Infernalist with sniper, and stat stack gemling legionnaires. Probably will roll another character soon as well.
I have decent gear, far from the best but not terrible or either. I can do other content just fine but with T4 Simu, probably wasted 20 simu already, it is frustrating that once I get to wave 12+, I am just getting one shotted.
My question is what are some build that can do T4 simu with good success rate. I am not looking for farm it hardcore or anything, but I just hate keep wasting attempt.
Thanks for reading and thanks in advance

Sniper minion infernalist might be the worst version for simu4. Frost mages have CC which is important for survival, while arsonist have better coverage and damage for simulacrum.
Make sure you are MoM and hopefully you have chaos res versus CI.
If you can get +5 minion on weapon and +3 minion on neck, I would go for a high block shield.
Also you can move your meat shield support to multiple minions as it's taunts ON HIT. Multiple minions hitting means more taunts and it means less running to you. Unironically reavers hit the fastest so hybridized with reavers should be ok.
Decompose pathfinder. Cheapest and best build for Simulacrum right now probably.
Itβs actually tanky unlike half the meta builds in the game.
My guide here: https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/skadoosh-decompose-pathfinder
Gemling Archmage Bow Spark, I did it at first ~6k mana with 120k tooltip. I think budget at that time was ~5d. 7k mana with 200k tooltip felt like complete overkill. I don't think anywhere even remotely close to 10k+ mana is necessary.
Mana on kill is really good in simulacrum and you should make sure to have a good amount (6%+). Get high cast speed from amulet/rings. Other than that, you want to scale skill effect duration. Its essentially a massive more dmg% multiplier in simulacrum because you get to fully ramp spark damage before Kosis/Omni spawn in - letting you 1-shot them before they even have a chance to attack. Projectile speed goes handily with this as well, though its hard to find large sources if you aren't bow spark. Have a weapon swap setup for sigil of power and cast fire wall manually can also give you way more damage.
CI is mandatory defensive layer for any build that can reasonably use it. Focusing on mana is way less effective than directly focusing on damage through cast speed - nothing in simulacrum really hits that hard when you have CI, so its better to focus on avoidance (block/evasion) or just damage.
Besides the usual requirements, you need to use stun and freeze charm. I have over 1.5m tooltip on my qstaff attack, still failed a few runs due to stun or freeze. This was before the balance changes to deli so it might easier now but still.
I respect into extra charm slot when I do Sims.
Duo of archmage spark (self-farmed gear) stormweaver and aura effect + curse effect + duration stacker chronomancer. Archmage kills all trash in sight with just a ~70-90k tooltip (that's after my damage bufs in the form fo 70inc.damage leer cast + 120 inc.damage stoic spectre), bosses are held in permanent time freeze when they spawn by chronomancer so even though they take some time to kill, there's zero danger of dying. With that party we've basically done all the endgame content much earlier than we would be able alone otherwise.
Solo you basically want some overpowered "I oneshot everything on screen before it even has a chance to do a thing" build.
corrupting cry/ancestral totems can do sim +4s pretty easily on like a 5 div budget
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUq9Ts_0jOY
this is titan, so effectively 5L in terms of damage links. Also no 88% block with turtle charm. And no rage generation. And missing a bunch of other smaller optimizations i didnt know at the time
guide for warbringer is here:
https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/corrupting-cry-warbringer-skadoosh
my deadeye ice shot can do many things but the fucking simu kills me always around wave 12-14. not even t4 lol, t1 is enough. i dunno what I can do, i guess the build is just not made for high ailment resistance and jump-stun mobs
spark, full crit glasscannon stormweaver version seems cheaper than int stacker at the moment (around 10 div for 100k tooltip). need 100k tooltip for simu 1 and 2, 200k for simu 3, 300k for simu 4 to be risk-free. important to make sure your mana does not drain when holding down spark or you can kill yourself. cast on shock conduit helps with bosses if you can fit it in. mobility support is good qol.
Gemling/Pillar here and I find this event to be the most janky. One time I clear everything now problem 3kHP/7kESβ¦and other times one mob jumps out and Iβm dead instantly. No in between.
Tried simu once and failed on wave 15 as the affixes were pretty much countering my build at this stage.
That being said, as a spark I had a very easy time until the game decided to end me. Had like 120k tooltip dps at the time.
For monks, just did a build that clears T4 Sims super easy. Have a look at this https://maxroll.gg/poe2/pob/6m1u20zm
Sim Setup - Tempest Flurry - Martial Tempo, Rage, Primal Armament, Conduction, Innervate
Charged Staff - Coursing Current, Unbreakable, Persistence, Neural Overload, Swift Affliction
Tempest Bell - Close Combat, Overabundance, Rising Tempest, Magnified Effect,
Cast on Critical - Profane Ritual, Voltaic Mark, Eye of Winter, Vulnerability
Skeletal Cleric - Minion Mastery, Meat Shield, Elemental Army, Infernal Legion
Sacrifice -
Herald of Thunder - Cold Infusion, Ice Bite, Glaciation, Ambush, Longshot
Overwhelming Presence -
Grim Feast - Clarity (if you have additional Spirit)
Profane Ritual - Unleash, Arcane Tempo, Corpse Conservation, Profusion
Gemling Stats stacker here. The trick for Simu is to put Magnified Effect on your Bell, just put down and attack bell non stop, everything around die one they jump on you. Look out for the boss that spawned, some has range attack. Slot in 2nd bell for the boss that spawned. Build wise just use fubgun build on Mobalytics, get Atziris helm with 20+ spirit corruption. Your aura should be Combat Frenzy, Herald of Lightning (all freeze gems just like in HOI+HOL set up), Grim Feast, Wind Dancer Good luck.
Demon form barrier invocation spark. Just sat there and held down right click while dashing in a circle.
I can carry you through a T4 if you want
If you want something offmeta i am doing it very confortably with detonate dead. It's slow clear for maps, but bosses and mechanics that spawn in a limite area like simulacrum or ritual are very easy. Damage is good with limited investment. I have 11-17k health pool. People usually go for bloodmage for the crit, i did it with a gemling and i like my choice. Mine is pretty minmaxed but I think you can do t4 simulacrum with 5-10divs budget.
Mine is gemling into/mana stack with Ball lighting to trigger cast on shock with spark and lighting conduit. Tooltip dps is low but can pass simu easily. Around 100d to get started
Gemling Int Stacker at 140-160 Divine Without Astramentis (600k tooltip)
https://maxroll.gg/poe2/pob/loejy05t
Looking at the other comments... to be honest, I have no idea why people need Astramentis for this type of content. You can see it in action at Wave 15 here:
https://youtu.be/ytjl6vEKJ-U?si=Lyltu6OFjkaiM7WE&t=140
Just ignore my yapping in the background.
Infernalist demon form barrier invocation comet build. Less than 10 div. It's a breeze.
Following this post because I'm interested too π My monk gets stunned and one-shot @ round 12 every time. But I can almost onetap Arbiter on T3. Seems legit.
I have no advice mate but suprised that you gemling isnt capable?
A friend of mine is carrying simus with spark (500k tooltip). His gear is insane, but you just want to demolish everything before the mobs even do anything.
My gemling stat stacker can do simu4. But only since I got astramentis. So this is not cheap
Int stacking spark gemling here. Destroying t4 sim with 1 button while watching twitch and not mooving but it was multi div build. Prob around 200
