“Budget” stat stacker recommendations?
I started a gemling stat stacker to see what the buzz is all about. After I sell off my infernalist and pathfinder, I’ll probably have around 15 div to spend. How would you use it? How far should I expect to be able to make it content wise?

15d should be enough to clear all of the content in the game but you might have trouble with +4 pinnacle bosses. All you really need is pillar of the caged gods and HOWA to blast through everything
I started mine using fubguns build, got a attribute/life morior for 150ex instead of attribute/resistance for 30d, life/res is also an option. I used Black sun crest helmet instead of atziris until I was high enough level for energy shield skill points. Got a budget Against the Darkness with +4% extra cold damage to help herald procs
Res capping is tough. I ended up doing it through triple res belt, all res runes, and 2 prismatic rings with all res. It would probably be a lot cheaper to do it with triple res boots+belt, runes, and 1 all res ring
I have a budget gemling that does alright. I spent ~6d to begin but gambled a tri attribute breach ring that is probably worth a bit. Can't literally 1 shot +4 bosses but 1 shots +3 and kills +4 fast enough.
You want to spend you divs like this: HoWA/Staff > Attribute/Life Morior > +33 Str/Int Rares with some resists, preferably rarity and life too > Good Breach Rings(hardest to balance cost/performance).
Belts can roll +36 Str and Helmets can roll +36 Int so make sure you look for these.
Life is the cheapest and easiest defense you can go as you don't need to invest points into ES or path to MoM. Strength gives you +4 Life too and you will get a lot by stacking it.
Get at least +20 Spirit from amulet or something for double Herald+Ele invoc. Preferably +50 so you can run War Banner too for bosses. I had to take a Herald reservation node because I don't have +50 spirit.
On a budget you want to give up Ingenuity, Black Sun Crest, Dex stacking for Tempest Flurry walking because:
Ingenuity is worthless without good rings, on a budget you can't buy top tier rings good enough to work with low roll Ingenuity.
Because you are on a budget, you won't have a lot of attributes to work with. at 15 div you are expecting like 1k total attributes and Black Sun Crest won't give much more than a rare 33Str/36Int helmet, you will also have to give up potential rarity/life/resist. You won't have stats much left if you put your points in Dex to walk fast. Low Str means no life and you die to any random bs.
Don't put points in dex, have just enough for HoT requirements and stack Int/Str. My character currently has about 450/205/500. Fiddle with PoB to fine tune Str/Int ratio and reach breakpoints.
For skills you run Herald chain for clearing, bell + Ele Invoc Eye of Winter for bossing. You won't need to invest much into attack speed. You can use Ice Strike and Storm Wave with no damage links to proc heralds and generate combos.
Getting HoI to shock is easy due to HoWA but HoT loses damge with Cold Infusion so you might want to anoint Essence of the Mountain for extra Cold for more reliable Herald chaining.
Buy a Howa, Pillar, and a Moiror regalia with attributes. You can get a 5 socket Howa with attributes for under 10 div as long as you don't get the one with elemental resistances. Moiror regalia is a huge power spike. 25% more attributes significantly increases your damage.
I went with a pillar with a 3 - 61 lightning damage corruption. I also got the pure power passive skill to boost the lightning damage. My Ice strike has 450k hideout dps, and I'm only level 80. I am using an ingenuity, though, to boost my rings. My rings were cheap 2 divs each. You can also take advantage of some unique jewels like megalomaniac and prism of belief. +3 ice strike skills prism of belief sells for 2-3 div, megalomaniac can be as cheap as a few exalt depending on the passive. I would recommend a megalomaniac with an attribute passive. My megalomaniac has beef which is +25 strength and catalysis which is 20% elemental damage. Bought for 5 div. But if you just buy one with just beef and a skill that isn't useful for a stat stacker, let's say minion damage then the jewel is cheap, like 1 div.
