how to upload my build

sorry for this post, but how is everyone uploading their build via pob/maxroll? mine is saying the API isnt allowed by GGG. is everyone doing this manually?

For importing your build into PoB, you can highlight an item and hit ctrl+c to copy, and then paste as a "custom item" in PoB.
For the skill tree, unfortunately only way is to click the nodes one by one.
As for sharing/creating the maxroll planner go to import/export build screen and you can generate a code to share, then there's a button to convert that to a maxroll link. That link will be your build.
