Anyone having crazy network spike issues?

Basically as the title states. I have a decent PC, RTX4080, i914900k, 32gb DDR5, SSD etc. performance wise the game runs at 140+ fps with everything on max and is generally smooth as butter.

A new issue has popped up where my connection MS - which usually sits at about 14ms, is just relentlessly ping ponging up to 300+ then back down. Sometimes it spikes up to over 20k ms and kicks me out of the game. It's completely unplayable at the moment, I keep dying because I physically can't react to what happens in game as it is just constantly slideshowing. My characters just teleporting across the screen and freezing etc.

I have tried numerous fixes I've read others have recommended, Including:

• Disable DLSS
• Triple buffering off/on
• Virtually every single graphics setting tweaked
• Disable reverb/Low channel count in sound
• Altering the connection type in the config file
• Static IP
• Reboot Router and PC multiple times
• Both 2.4 and 5ghz connections
• DX11/12 and Vulkan tried
• Deleted Shader Caches
• Verified integrity of game files
• Reinstalled game
• Switched servers (same ping pong no matter where I connect to)
• Increased Shader Caches size
• Disabled overclocking
• Disabled all overlays
• Updated GFX drivers
• Updated BIOS
• Updated windows

I've probably done even more I can't honestly remember, all to no avail. This has been going on over 24h now, games at 150+ fps but lagging like crazy and unplayable. It started in a trial of Chaos and has been stuck like this ever since. Has anyone else got/had this issue and if so, did you find a solution? At my wit's end with all the tweaking now I just want to get back to gaming.
