Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: Gunnir Intel Arc B580
RAM: Silicon Power DDR5 32GB
SSD: Silicon Power 1TB UD90 NVMe

Everything in my PC in up to date. I can run Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty, Baldur's Gate 3, Dynasty Warriors Origins, Final Fantasy Rebirth, Black Desert Remastered, Throne & Liberty, and Death Stranding all with no issues. POE 2 Studders and glitches like I'm using some old GPU. The Intel Arc B580 came out 3-4 Months ago. The only explanation I can come up with is that the GPU is too new. POE 1 works no problem.

There are some sound mods you can do In a text file. Have you tried those? The game is very cpu demanding so make sure all cores are enabled for gaming and perhaps also try to run the cpu in overclock? Have you tried lowering the graphics settings? Do you have ultra-wide screen? I thought ppl had trouble running ultrawide. I think because it's still in early releasen the graphics have not been optimized, so folks all around find ways around this. Do some searches on reddit and all these suggestions should pop up.

So, as it turns out, some games use your CPU for graphics if they're not set to do otherwise. How to change this. You type into your Windows graphic settings. Once you're in the graphic settings, you will see a bunch of apps. If you click on those apps it'll tell you whether they're running and a setting that lets your windows decide whether to run it in power saving or high performance mode or other selections where you can do it yourself. It turns out my final fantasy remake as well as my Path of Exile 2 we're both running in this mode. They were using my CPU instead of my GPU because they were running in low-power mode. Once I clicked them over to high performance Intel Arc, the games ran perfectly fine.

May I know how's POE2's performance with B580? Been considering it since I can't afford those high end GPUs.
