Been waiting 3 months for an email response from CS
I have been waiting for 3 months, going on 4 months now for an email response from Customer Service about my physical items from my supporter pack.
I know they made a post about it a while ago but this is plain ridiculous at this point.
$400 supporter pack each time its out, and I can't even get a response.
Does anyone have an idea of how to get this expedited or anything?

The customer service is God awful
I think I was lucky ... I live in Canada (Quebec) and we had a Canada Post strike and I receive everything 1 week after each pack upgrade.
The problem with the customer service is yes it take a lot of times before answering but they will answer you (I made 3 tickets and they respond everytime yes in a very long delai) but if you send another email your will return at the end of the line. A lot of people don't understand that. So if you send like 3 or 4 or I don't know many email to them you are restarting the cooldown.
Never seen any company respond to an email after 1 month and a half and yes GGG does it. Anyway I hope they will respond to you anytime soon. Good Luck !
Your physical goods are probably on the way and just being slow - some folks got theirs quickly, I only got mine like two weeks ago. It really sucks that support is so slow to respond but there's not much for you to do but wait unfortunately.

out of curiosity, did you, by any chance, wrote a mail again? (or even multiple times)
I sent a ticket in on December 14th, and a support person replied 4 days later asking me to provide the exact same information I gave in the first ticket, and I've not heard back from them since.
My issue was about $$$ I spent on the game, and their lack of response is not only disappointing, but greatly dimminishes my desire to spend more on the game (I've spent hundreds, of not thousands over the years)
I actually just today got an issue resolved with support regarding coins being sent to the wrong account. They were very helpful. I even told the person helping me that I loved them.
they literally just ignored my email about refunding a double charge
I'm leaning towards "open scammers" rather than "brokies with no customer support"
Write them if they don’t react you won’t ever buy anything again, that helped my case 3 years ago pretty quickly
I literally just got mine today after emailing them about 3 months ago too. This was just for the 300 points.
Haha yea in the same boat (asking on status for physical items). Actually you just motivated me to go check and I only emailed them a month ago. So I guess I can’t complain lol. At this point I have accepted it’ll show when it shows. Maybe when they said all cosmetics will be transferred before full release they meant physical too 👌🏽
Same. I messaged support in mid November about merging my 2 accounts and have not heard a single thing back. I even emailed them on a separate email and didn't hear back on that one either. I love GGG and will keep supporting them, but they do need to figure out their customer service.
Same. I reached out to them for an invoice for the hoodie (as to not pay tax on the full amount of digital bundle). Reached my last deadline with "delivery" company so I am not seeing the hoodie ever. : /
At least you can play the game. I wait like 2 months for a response why my account is locked. Fun times.

As someone who was new to Poe when poe2 dropped, all I saw was how awesome they are as a company but it seems they have one drunk monkey working as their customer service.
