Why?
I used this filter before filterblade came out for POE2 and can recommend it
If you want to made your filter from scratch Custom Rules tab is great
I've used filterblade for a long time, what reasons would you give that I should switch to using this instead?
unusable without maven sounds
Appreciated!
Using FB for PoE1 since years but using this since PoE2 EA launch. I really like it.
I've been using it for a while now, and I can only recommend it. Much easier to use and better user interface than Filterblade in my opinion, while having all the functionality I need.
Can you filter by Rare item tiers?
just checking out the website i dont see how in any form this is better than what filterblade dose if anything its more complicated filterblade is way more streamlined and why no custom colours the whole point in the colours is so you know what is more valuable black little boxes on everything is not helping with that situtation is the beams sposed to help with that i dunno i know its a nice thing to have mutple filters but been using filterblade for years now this is gunna be hard to convince people who have been to start using this
Filter blade better. Idk you created it. But I gess okay? Someone will find it better for them.
Never used a filter, never will
best filter generator for PoE 2.
also an author who likes to answer on official forum, rather then hiding behind serval 3rd party discords or forums with must-registration walls.
Hey thanks for this, I actually prefer the simplicity compared to filterblade <3
I really enjoyed your filter, the only thing I would add is more defined sounds
I'll give it a try next league
Any way for a simple economic filter?
Hide everything under 3 chaos for example
Show everything else
It's what i have wanted for a long time
Never could load the page from my region, i have to use a VPN for this page
As a new players this looks very nice, didnt try filterblade, was a bit too overwhelmed and anxious. Gj
Any reason to switch from neversink's?
What is the point of just commenting that filter blade is better without even trying this.
I think I used this for a bit before fb was released and it seems they added a lot of features, I'll give it a try.
Upvoted, any form of competition is better for the comunity.
I'm using poe2filter since the start of PoE2, it's *much* better then the others I've tried (FilterBlade, NeverSink - I have no idea if both have the same source, sorry if they do).
Will I need to make a whole new set of filters for next league or maybe I will be able to use my already tailored filters (campaign, early endgame and master endgame) without many tweaks?
Tyvm!
It looks like they inspired from LE.
I prefer this to filterblade. Its very easy to use.
This UI is very nice i'll give it a go.
Requesting a button that allows me to download all 6 preset filters. thanks
finally, usable ui has arrived
Anyone has a decent SSF non-trade filter? Inb4 obligatory "come up with your own based on your needs" posts.
so I sync it to poe2 and it’s on my game do I have to re sync it everytime it updates? sorry i’m new here
Trying this later today !
I’m a fan of making my own filters so I’ll give this site a try. do they work with poe2 api so I can cloud sync it to my account?
What happens when new uniques drop in 0.2.0? Will they be hidden? Or all new items are not hidden by default unless the filter is updated with their info?
It would be cool to have some presets for each archetype, especially for campaign
What is the best filter site to use for console?
This website saved me when Neversink hasnt completed his filter so i will definitely use it
Guys, will the old filter work after patch?
I'd love to give it a try, but presets don't seem to work on Chrome for Android. Nothing happens when I click them. Also, sometimes, if you tap on a question mark, you can't close it.
It would also be great to have some color presets too.
And are there already custom sounds in poe2?
Does this have an equivalent of filterblade’s modules? I really enjoy that part
Thank you for creating this! I greatly prefer the original loot style you preserved. Much more immersive and true to the game's stylistic decisions. I'll be using this going forward.
Call me conspiracy theorist but are all the positive feedback messages from bots? The replies seem so generic to me. Maybe I am just imagining things...
Filters ARE STILL BROKEN for console. You get an error on the console after setting it up online.
I like the way you laid out the site. The custom rules, the tiering, it's all nice and quick to use. I love that the actual text filter is always on the page as well.
I do have some feedback after using it for awhile. This feedback is based on late game juiced mapping, which I think is relatively common and many people would want a filter that is good for that type of play.
- an uber strict preset would help quite a bit. The most strict preset you currently have is IMO not usable for late game mapping. I was able to set it up to make it better, but I think it would go a long way to getting people to use it if it you could filter out more items at the top end.
- it would be nice if the cosmetic style of some of the higher end drops would have more noticeable differences. In a late game map, the beams are not enough and I found I had to really focus and read item names on the screen in juiced content. Maybe you could have preset cosmetic themes that give players the option to have slightly brighter background colors on higher tier items, something along those lines.
- For example, one I made for myself used progressively lighter background colors the more valuable the drop, and the color of the font matched the beam color for the top 3 tiers.
- a way to see how gear drops will appear or not appear in the preview area would be helpful. maybe too complicated for what you are aiming to do but I was a little confused on how my gear tiers would work until I tested in game
Thank you for making this, I'm going to try it out with this next patch start for sure.
I'd be willing to try it out only because I really enjoyed how Lady Epoch handled their filter and this looks similar but I don't really see a good detailed explanation why I would want this over filterblade which has been a PoE1 (And now 2) mainstay for a long time. If someone can give a more in depth answer then it's easier/cleaner without any further explanation it would be appreciated
Save for later
RIP Neversink
just a tip
this notes feels useless from poe perspective
This has a lot of promise and I'll likely try it, but there's a major flaw for me. You don't have different presets for cosmetic styles and I'll need to make one myself. I need my divines to have a white background so they stand out, and I want them to take up a lot of space so I don't whiff trying to pick them up. And having mirror look at a glance just like an armorer's scrap is... I feel criminal. XD
I read your justification, but I don't think it flies, people want large and bombastic text for the really valuable stuff. Or maybe they don't, but it would be nice to give your users several neat options to choose from even if it isn't up to your taste. I highly doubt I'll be one of the few people who'll feel this way.
Holy shit this is awesome! 👏👏👏👏
This looks interesting I started using neversink because was the most recommended filter for beginners, haven’t really tried to customize my filters, will probably try in this new patch
