Fellow warriors, i present you this peculiar interaction (dont tell ggg)

Heads up channeling resonating shield counts as active blocking so using glancing blows is almost all downside

I'm thinking shield charge for the stun break, and Armour breaker for single target. This allows you to use a real shield and also allows you to use turtle charm and stuff (since active block kinda blows).

You missed the whole "Will block all incoming Blockable Hits" part of Resonating Shield so Glancing Blows is useless in this concept.
