  • 15% increased Base Movement Speed

#Monster changes

  • Up to 30% reduced Monster Action Speed, depending on Monster type
  • 50% reduced Monster Damage in lower level areas, tapering off to 0% reduced Damage in level 84 areas
  • 30% reduced Health of tankier Non-Unique Monsters
  • Reduced Rare Monster Health and Damage Reduction

#Defences changes

  • Stun and Ailment Thresholds now based on 100% of Maximum Life
  • Base Energy Shield Recharge Rate increased to 33.3% of Maximum Energy Shield per second
  • Energy Shield Recharge now starts 2 seconds after you stop taking Damage
  • Adjusted Armour so that it is now roughly 50% more effective against smaller hits, tapering off to 10% more effective against larger hits

#Drop rate changes

  • Adjusted the drop rate of most items in the game, especially in lower level areas, so that there is a roughly 100%/500%/1000% increase in Normal/Magic/Rare item drop rates respectively
  • Magic Monsters now have a 50% chance to drop a Magic item when killed
  • Rare and Unique Monsters now always drop at least 1 Rare item when killed
  • Increased the drop rate of all uncut Gems by roughly 1000% in lower level areas, tapering off to 0% in level 84 areas
  • Increased the size of Gold piles by roughly 100% in lower level areas, tapering off to 0% in level 84 areas
  • Increased the amount of most Basic Currency drops by roughly 1000% in lower level areas, tapering off to 100% in level 84 areas
  • Increased the drop rate of Rings and Amulets by roughly 1000% across all area levels
  • Increased the number of Omens available to purchase at the end of Ritual encounters and significantly reduced their Tribute cost

#Passive tree changes

  • Attribute travel nodes now grant +10 of the chosen Attribute instead of +5
  • Most downsides have been removed from Notable Passive nodes
  • Small Passive nodes in most clusters have had their power increased by 50-100%
  • Most clusters that required 3 or more Small Passive nodes to reach their Notable have had their number of Small Passive nodes reduced by at least 1
  • Small Passive nodes related to Charm Charges and Charm Effect Duration have been removed and replaced by other effects
  • Notables that granted +25 to an Attribute (Beef, Proficiency, Ingenuity) now grant +40 to that Attribute as well as "8% increased Attributes"
  • Polymathy now grants "12% increased Attributes"
