Electrocute on Herald of thunder

works fine for me with neural overload. you have to kill enemies obviously though so it won't work for bosses

I put electrocute on primal strike, because it consumes shock anyway. And put support that gives 35% lightning damage buff on killing shocked enemy on herald. Both frenzy and buff procs pretty constantly on packs
