2 of the same skill?

Following a build that has 2 of the same skill (spear field for huntress). Has different support gems, for single target and for ad clearing. Am I able to have both skill gems socketed with its corresponding support gems, at the same time? Or do I need to remove each skill gem and its corresponding support gems?

You can have both but they must have different support gems unless you have something that says otherwise.

To make a duplicate gem, unequip the spear field you have on then use another uncut to make a 2nd copy. Then you can socket both and they each get their own support slots. Then bind each to a different key
