Suggestion: Hideout dummy for dps/skill testing.
I think adding cosmetic dummies to have on your hideout so you can test your build's dps would be very nice and help people that are not so into 'path of building' to evaluate and test their combos/support combinations.
And it would be sick to have those with multiple apearences options, would love to see those in a new mistery box.
What you guys think of it?

I feel you brother. I posted the same thing right after the release.
I'm pretty sure GGG's stance was against having training dummies for some reason. I'm all for it and maybe they change their mind in the future.
100000% this
Yes this would make so much sence I've been thinking about it for months! I can't test how much dps I have with certain builds and it's so annoying. I hope it will be a free option for hideout in the future.
How much resistances, armour, evasion and block this dummy should have?
no dude, its has been more than 10 years since POE1 release, still no training dummy.
Just go into a map tho..?
Bosses are the perfect dummies.
No. Just go into a map.
sadly theyll never add it) as well as the death recap...
I've wondered the same.
I dont know how much HP a map boss has, so killing one in 5 seconds doesnt provide much a "real dps"
I'd love a dummy pinnacle boss, id love it even more if it was a crude replica made of a few mattresses, broomsticks and a bucket for a head.
Activate it and it'll tell how much damage you put on it over 5 or 10 seconds.
And if they really want a good reason to add this.... skins. Sell skins for it so we can make it different bosses
You need to make it sound profitable..

That won't happen. We have asked for this for years and they have always had a pretty firm no.
You can test in boss from cruel acts i use the clearfall area boss
Absolutely yes. And the ability to turn on damage numbers if you want, or even just limit damage numbers to the dummy would be perfectly fine. I hate having to guess by feel if a change to my build is working or not.
No. This is not Diablo 4.
Hard agree. It's insane to me that our current best DPS measurement is xesht.
