Block Recovery is not considered as Stun. GGG, Please add more ways to counter this

TLDR: Blocking heavy hits is not considered as stun, thus you can be "block-locked" an infinite number of times, and you don't have any practical ability to avoid this.

Long version:

When you block a heavy hit (wiki says - a hit that would stun you), there is an animation of block, interrupting your actions. In PoE 1 you can avoid this, using any anti-stun mechanic or having enough of "block recovery".

But PoE2 block recovery is not considered as stun. Why? I don't know. Probably, because now there is a Light Stun and a Heavy stun, and developers just forget about block. How do I know that? In attached video, we can observe playing this animation, but my anti-stun charm does nothing. Moreover, I've spotted the same behavior after being stunned by another hit, which activated stun immunity from charm.

As a result, block animation is actually worse than being stunned. As devs say, you gain progressively more stun threshold the more times you have been stunned. But this is not the case for block recovery - this is not a stun, and you can be stun-locked as long as you've been hit hard.

When does it happen?

During the campaign, I didn't have such problems, or they were fairly rare. Just because the number of heavy monsters was more or less affordable. But closer to endgame the situation happens more and more often. Mods on monster speed allow them to surround and hit me really often. While block helps me not to die instantly, I cannot respond with my skill, spend all the mana, try to dodge roll, but eventually die.

How to counter-play such behavior?

There is no way to fix it at this point. There are only 2 nodes on the tree, which could help me, but they are between Merk and Huntress, which means Warrior effectively has no access to them. Also, there is no even affixes on gear which work for block recovery.

Stun threshold?

I have 2800+ life, +106 stun threshold on gear, and +54% inc stun threshold from tree. In theory, I should be 100% stunned on receiving 4,5k damage, or having 11% chance to be stunned on receiving 490 damage. But hey, I receive such hits pretty often, so how much should I invest into stun threshold in order not to be block-locked? Looks like something ridiculous, like +200% stun threshold, because even 1k+ hits are not rare, when you're playing melee. Moreover, without having block recovery, being block-stunned once, means you're out of combat for the whole 350ms, which is enough to receive the second stunning hit.

And again, if block recovery is not considered as stun, does it even count stun threshold? I am not sure...

So, GGG, please melee shield wearers to survive and save their neuron system - count block recovery as stun, or add more nodes to mitigate it.

P.S.: please, buff warbringer small nodes of block - 6% is a meme, a small node on the tree has 5%.

I just assumed this was to somewhat offset shields potentially being like a 75% up front damage reduction mechanic that stacks with other damage reduction mechanics.
