LS Huntress - Feeling Weak in tier 15 - gear/build help?

Newer player here, never played poe1 and have been using build guides to play im..almost 3 months into playing? been doing tier 15 maps for 2 weeks now but latetly just felt REALLY weak or squishy

I was using fubgun's but felt just weak and not good about it and found this yesterday and switched to it, already had ev/ES gear and neck - just got gloves and switched passives etc.
My issue is i feel...REALLY REALLY squishy. like, one thing hits me and boom im dead. i am still learning and don't notice EVERY little thing on the screen (especially when LS makes my 5800x3d + 5080 beg on its knees when it forks lol) and sometimes i just get 1 shot.
I do use rhoa mount - but i dismount when its jumpy boy mobs that jump scare me. and i use stone charm for the stun resistence when im off rhoa(why doesnt it proc while riding :c) I feel like im killing stuff pretty okay, but with boss atlas at 8/10 and the one boss that spawns in the middle and just FALLS right on yo head, i sometimes miss time the doidge and it literally 1 shots me even with this build.
I have 1.6k hp and 2.2k ES with 80% evasion. I have read evasion isnt great but i feel like my stats are pretty strong?? i am using lightning resistance in boots to get to 75% since the extra 50% ev/es is kinda minimal compared to having my resistences at 75% right?
is there anything wrong with my gear that i can look for improvements? im not good at crafting (im a yolo type guy, i just omen and slam everything) but i am just curious with my gear if theres anything i can do better outside of following the guide 1 for 1 because, following 1 for 1 is just too expensive with the current market.
any advice is appreciated!

Drop those gloves for gloves for rare gloves with flat damage, those cap your crit bonus
Not capped cold res. Looks like you also don’t have 8 ascendancy points (maxed out tailwind gives 30% dmg reduction which is basically a one shot protection). My character is squishier (1400es and 1700 hp, and I don’t get one shot unless I play badly), so seems like a skill issue too.

Higher crit chance for your tangletongue.
I was shocked how much damage even a 0.5 to 1% better crit roll added
Get a scepter with malice or sacred flame for huge increase
Toss the unique amulet and gloves. While it may seem good, you could drastically increase your dps using rares with good rolls. Also are you using acrobatics or no?
Triple flat damage ring pref w increased lightning damage as well with whatever your needed resistances are
Are you spamming LS or letting volt charges build?
chaos res 24 is a quick one. 75 isn't necessary but I would suggest getting over 50 chaos res. I personally have it capped at 75.

At a quick glance your gloves are the biggest red flag. If you’re crit is near 100% and you capped your crit bonus at 300. Daas not good. I wonder what your damage would do if you plugged in hand of wisdom. Tangletongue pretty much requires high flat attack damage on rings/gloves imo.
Well at first using tangletongue on Amazon is silly and yours isn't even 19+ percent. You would get WAY more damage with a high accuracy/flat phys damage rare spear. Like my LS just chilling in hideout tooltip is ~200k. To survive I'm guessing you just gotta learn to whip the rhoa properly it has a learning curve, kill shit off screen when possible turn arouund if shit gets close.

Kitoko's current for essa frenzy charges and lycosidae to double your accuracy. You can not use kitoko if you want but lycosidae is HUGE
Man I have 80% evade 1600 life and 250 ES and I dont feel squishy lol. My damage is a lot higher....almost twice as much and I move a lot but I WISH I had over 2k ES w my current EV
The fractured 7% cold res on your chest made me lol. Main thing that stands out though is that your TT sucks. Get one with 19+ crit hit, they are quite cheap now I got one for 2 D the other day and vaaled for 21+
Also drop your spear and actually get a good one. U could swap gloves for kitoko if u swap spear. I was using tangle and then spent 1div on a spear and my dos went from 28k to 60k. World of difference
You have 200 more life and 1800 more energy shield than me and I blow right through t15s
Others said it but, firm bracers here is not good. You want higher crit and rare gloves with flat damage. It will probably fix your problems
I have no idea how that feels weak, i have lower dmg than yours lower defense than yours yet i just clear everything without any sweat. Check your support gems and skills you might not be using something that’s intended. Also Omen Sceptre is what you should use. If you are using those Crit gloves i suggest not taking any crit dmg nodes on the skill tree as you will be capped at 300 Crit dmg, so instead spec in attack damage and elemental damage or just take them off and raise the crit dmg ceiling knowing you run Amazon i had suggest dropping 4-5 div on trade for really good gloves with Flat Dmg and Crit Dmg , Attack speed is not usefull as you need to take advantage of volt so also keep that in mind. And literally, literally the only thing that ones shots me is bosses when I'm being arrogant and not trying to dodge shit.
How the fuck you getting one tapped by shit that aint a boss has me one million percent perplexed.
What map mods are you running?
bruh wheres the tree/pob/or poe ninja, maybe click eternal youth so you can recov that es asap. since no olroth resolve.
Looking at your gear:
Survival:
Helm: you can get a ~450+ ES helm with a similar attribute and resist roll for 1-2 divs. Market is flooded with them due to recomb crafting.
Boots: I’d go all ES here personally. Guides will usually tell you EV/ES but I don’t think it’s worth it. 30% MS with almost 300 ES and good suffixes can be had for cheap. 200 EV on gear is like ~2% EV rating, so it’s honestly not going to do anything for your survival in the grand scheme of things. Only spot that’s worth fitting EV is chest.
Chest: this is going to be pricey to replace if you want to keep Spirit and get higher EV/ES. I’d leave it for now and focus on Helm & Boots, which will greatly boost your EHP with EV/ES tree nodes and 1-2 ES rolls on jewels.
Damage:
19%+ crit, double socket tangletongues are pretty cheap right now. You can probably find one for sub 5 divs.
Sacred Flame (20+ divs for a good roll).
Gloves with more flat damage. Can also be had cheap. Don’t worry too much about Crit Dmg on suffixes if you’re on a budget.
Jewels even with mid rolls but 3/4-4/4 damage lines will add a ton of DPS.
Subterfuge mask isn’t the best. This game has made its point. Kill or be killed. Prioritize damage over defense. Amazon will be one or two shot regardless of how well you build your defense. All the best players have scaled dmg to just one shot things
You dont really need tangle tongue get a nice seaglass with phys and accuracy and the unique shield that doubles your accuracy. Your crit should be high enough from the talent tree

You gotta use a shield! Grab the unique one that doubles your accuracy and grab the shield node that double your block chance and drop some of the crit chance nodes… it should be high enough without having to min max all crit! You have to be rocking high 60% block chance and your survivability will be massive!
Ditch those gloves get triple flat gloves and stack grit damage, I have over 600% and worse gear than you and it’s perfectly op
Get flat damage on rings and gloves at least 2 affixes and shuffle your tree around until your crit is around 88% on lightning spear. The actual calculation is 100% crit at that point and beacon will really shine
You have enough crit on your tree and with Azis and tangle tongue to do enough crit damage man. Get rid of Maligaros, those are better classes for something like a sorc.
so you effectively only have a 3800 health pool with 82% evasion this is incredibly low defenses without using a few other gimmicks because of how evasion works and i find it kind of odd that this is being referred to as the tanky setup but it has the bare minimum of hp/energy shield/evasion and utilizes no armor and has a sceptre (im assuming for the extra spirit for cast on crit, but you are using a level 14 cast on crit?)
evasion can not dodge everything; certain abilities, damage types, and many attacks in quick succession can not be evaded. this means that in a bunch of scenarios you can only take 3800 damage which adds up pretty quickly (especially if you get poisoned, bled, shocked, or ignited as these will all cause you to take significantly more damage or have less hp recovery)
in order to get actually tankier you need to do one of a few things: get way more evasion/energy shield/ hp, incorporate some armor/evasion hybrid pieces(your boots are pretty weak and others have said the gloves are not an ideal choice even for the tankier approach you are going for) and ditch the sceptre for a good buckler/shield with more defensive stats (30% armor with your same hp/energy shield/evasion pool and 50% chance to block will feel much sturdier), farm enough div to by the magical chest piece that gives you mini acrobatics so you can evade literally anything and then get a much juicer set of gloves/boots/helmet to go with it, or just stop trying to get tankier and just juice your damage so you kill stuff before it can actually threaten you then you can run with an aura/rarity bot that gives you more damage/tankiness and juices the rarity of your maps
overall option 4 is probably the most straightforward and easy to do in this current league with lightning spear and will result in you feeling more survivable, but i personally have a ls ritualist that runs with armor/evasion hybrid and 60% block for when i need to solo map and i pretty much only die to chaos damage and still pretty consistently clear the whole screen
ı have similar setup like this my dps is 110 k in maps ı one shot the mobs in maps but ım struggling Tier 3 Xesh ,King and Olroth.Any advice on bosses?I use Lycosadie shield and high flat spear with 4 projectile.
