Need help with warrior - perfect strike

Hi, I am a relatively new player to PoE. Had a few hundred hours in PoE 1 but never got to meaningful end game.

I am trying to set up my warrior to one shot bosses, at least map bosses but I am struggling to do so.

Here is my PoB: Level 89 Smith of Kitava - Path of Building - poe2.ninja

I also have a weapon swap to maces with +11 levels to melee skills.

I am trying to follow this build/guide: Level 91 Smith of Kitava - Path of Building - poe2.ninja

We have slight differences in build/items, but I don't think it's significant. Maybe I am wrong?

However when I look at PoB this level 91 guide shows almost 1 mln dps to perfect strike, while mine shows only 25k. I understand we have different gear but I really don't understand why my dps is low in comparison to this guide.

What am I missing?
