Smith of kitava flicker
Considering how tanky or at least survive better can it be possible to make a flicker warrior build or would that be to hard to make it work like could I make it useful with out power charges I remeber seeing a genlinf build last league that was flickering around the map without charges and it was flicking like he did
Any insight or possible theory could make it wotk

I don't see any problem with that as long as youa re able to properly reach the main nodes. Flicker doesn't require any specific ascension to work and Kitava is a generalist defensive ascension and does not have any mechanic-specific passives.
Also maaaaaybe you can snapshot the Against the Anvil/Temper weapon the same way you can do with Infernal Cry. Never tested or saw anyone testhing this though so don't take this as a sure thing.
I tried many version of smith flicker and none of them felt good. The best way I end up doing is to just path right to the top right and do a normal evasion es flicker build you would see on a monk. But I don't feel tanky enough to be worth it really, better to just have a monk to clear the screen faster to be more survivable.
