GGG please fix The Black Crow boss

This boss is bugged for a while now... It happens so often that it just doesn't want to transition from 2nd to 3rd phase and it keeps chasing you around forever i guess. I have to log out, wait like 15 minutes for the boss to reset, and pray that it won't happen again, because if it does im just gonna alt f4. Please GGG fix this demonic bird.
