Looking for a hardcore Arbiter Killer

I am looking for a super tanky arbiter killer that forgives some mistakes. Preferably even able to kill +4. Budget of up to 50 divines in hardcore economy.

Bonuspoints if I can use my existing sorceress or monk. Ranger would be possible as well.
