How is this build supposed to work?

It seems to have no elemental res, not enough spirit, yet this fella go to level 94.
I just tried a t10 to see if I'm missing something but this build seems so squishy.
Anyone else playing bonecage? What am I missing here?

The helmet is why no elemental resists, so he has a butt load of HP, picking up Blood Orbs from ascend and insta leech with those gloves, should go just fine with enough HP
