Crafted this lovely wand. (Explaining how I craft)

I have been getting alot of questions on how do I craft these wands.

Please know that I dont know how to craft properly, I am a complete beginner, Anything I say might be wrong.

**Cheap way**

1- I need to get a fractured +5 Lightning spell skills wand, Doesn't matter how, you can either buy many wands with +5 Lightning spells, or buy one with fracture already on it.

2- you need to remove all the mods, except one.

3- Now we start CHAOS till you get a T1 or T2 that you want, if you got T2 crit chance for example, you can try to unlock another suffix and see if u will get good cast speed.

4- Didnt get cast speed? Chaos in hope to lose the other mod and not the crit chance.

5- Got cast speed? Congratz, now suffix is done.

6- Prefix, if you are poor, EXALT and pray.

7- if you are rich and have enough for omens, exalt twice.

8- Didnt get anything good? Annulment the prefix using the annulment prefix omen.

9- Got something good? Whittling the 2nd till u get a good stat.

10- Done? Exalt and whittle the last mod.

11- Congratz u just spent either 100 Div to get a 500+ div item or you spent 500+ div and still got nothing.

12- Its all luck.

**Expensive and my favorite**

1- I buy the item with 3 Stats that I want. Regardless of the item, amulet, wand, anything.

2- Whittling the other mods or use whatever right omens.
