NVIDIA users, get todays new drivers!

Comments
I've been updating my drivers ahead of game releases for years now without worrying. Some people seem to have problems so like to stick on 'safe' drivers but I live on the driver edge and it's been fine.
PC players whenever new drivers are released.
I haven't updated my drivers in a year, maybe it's time lol
This driver doesnt add anything new. They just added a profile to auto detect your gpu to automatically configure the settings of the game, thats why it says POE2 ready
I'm sure these drivers will help and not break something!

THANK YOU
Top comment on nvidia´s reddit is talking about pc freezing post installing this, should i risk the lottery?
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Path of Exile 2 enters Early Access on December 6th. GeForce RTX gamers jumping into the massive ARPG will find day-one support for DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex, which will reduce PC latency by up to 57%, helping keep you alive in Path of Exile 2’s most dangerous dungeons.
57% seems like a lot...unless of course the latency penalty is only 4ms. Still, I'll try it, and revert back to Studio if it isn't working well.

Nice catch, thank you!
Thank you!
Thanks for the reminder
Thanks
Well i updated, seems to borked my screen output, since the screen didn't come back from blinking black, but after waiting about 5 minutes and resseting pc, nvidia update 566.36 seems to be installed, hope it will work.
Never update to new drivers right away. Only do it if you’re getting low perf or visual issues in the new game. So many times these new drivers introduce instability that get patched weeks later.
Risky. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Treat your setup as a production device. Wanna troubleshoot driver issues w limited time left before launch?
I'm on them Studio Drivers though.
are amd users tucked?
Already done this morning....
Done !
Gonna try first on Linux. Wonder how it will play out
linux nvidia driver. where?
Thank you!
how do i get it without installing nvidia bloatware software?
How is the new Nvidia app? I just have the drivers only installed.
I'll wait and see if I have issues first but thanks.
Just got my new graphics card installed today and saw that
Meanwhile AMD:
Marvel Rivals
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
Dragon Age™: The Veilguard
Slitterhead
Delta Force
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl
No PoE 2 :(
Oh snap. I thought it was just for that Indiana Jones junk lol.
Time to dl
I am sure my RTX 4060 in laptop burn :D but atleast i could play this game for 60fps. 1800€ worth ROG Strix G16 would be enough for play PoE for mid detail level.
That reminds me: I need to see if AMD has a driver update for POE2.
I will avoid updating as I saw a lot of people having system performance and stability issues upon their installation.
To Much stuff to download!!!
time to throw this off, but does anyone else hate that new app they have.
Did the update already, the screen said PoE2 had DLSS? First time I heard of that.
What else is there? Does PoE2 have RT too?
Nice timing, after I told it to skip this one.
Wonder if this has any positive effect on Path of Exile 1
Good info thx!
i clean installed windows for poe2. just for the freshness.
the wording of the page on their website implies poe 2 has DLSS? i dont think anything about thats been said before
I will perform a clean windows install for this game, so no worries.
Didn't even see this one, thanks exile!
No update latest one i see is installed november 12th
What is this panel called like? Like where can i update it like this?
Has anyone encountered any issues yet with those new drivers? I experienced many issues with newest drivers lately requiring to revert and then redownload ect..
I just had a 4h session on Delta Force without updating and no issues to report. Currently on 566.03
So explain like imma rock, what do those updates actually do? Does nvidea get the specs prior to and has some way of mitigating some of the pitfalls? I never know what the point or how this all works. And yes I update my drivers all the time, just not sure the why
Worst idea ever, I've always had better luck with older drivers on new games. New drivers are always worse IMO
My computer just died today 🥹 It won't turn on and the CPU light flashes
