Sure rebind the key and all whatever but can someone please explain to me how a world map has a FUCKING LOADING SCREEN?

This is literally the first thing I do every time. Flashing newcomers with mtx shop instead of a map when they're still trying to figure out the basics seems extremely contraproductive imo. That is not the time at all when they would spend their money on the game, they've literally just arrived, lol.

What really grind my gears, is that you cant unbind a key. I dont care about the mtx shop or cosmetics. But I cant remove the bind, even it i make potion K, then U and then 1 again. But then are the binds back again pn the other 2.

This was the key bindings since release they just didn't bother changing it...neither did i to be honest

To be honest i think placing the Shop on the Map originally was decision made by sales/marketing so everyone would open the shop.

Not having M for Map was pretty strange

The mtx shop shouldn't even be having bind keys, it should just be rightfully in the menu when you press esc.

Honestly, the only objectively dirty thing they've done.

Everyone knows that M is for the Map, that people will press it by instinct.

Worst part is, it's not going to work. It will piss some people off, confuse others, and overall just sour the experience. I do think there's merit to changing this default in a hotfix.

Your maps have load screens? Oh that sucks I didn't notice? Even then have you considered that the entire menu is running over what is a beautiful game? Takes time, I'm guessing I don't notice cause I'm a hardcore player I have to play slow

The problem is PoE1 players are so used to this that they confuse just as many people by doing it. Just rebind it yourself.

I just did that last night. Not sure why it took me so long. I opened that shop so many times thinking I could get used to the stock keybinds.

Tab was always the map button for me. Idk if poe1 was M but I remember original d2 was always the tab button for map. I don’t remember what the m key did.

I can’t seem to bind anything to the Caps lock button, drives me crazy cause I want to bind it to the stand still function.

If I had a nickel for each time I opened shop instead of map, I would have way more than two nickels.

need a lot of improvement especially via console vs PC some have better options. For example on the PC with a larger screen you can make the bars closer to the centre. Whereas console offers no such option making you do a lot more work than you really should.

there's a lot of work needed for tweaks. and a lot of tweaks needed. also can someone voice the torture log feels weird everything in act 1 is perfectly voiced but 'that'

Map being 3D it's such a bad decision. It rakes me 3 seconds to load. WTF?

I use U for world map since poe1 beta so im ok with it.

I just left the microtransaction key empty, since I can access the shop through the cosmetic window by pressing K if I want to.

'U' is what it was in PoE

Gotta have players open the store the first time they start when they try to open the world map. As designed
